4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

What if my product arrives damaged? 
If your order arrives damaged, please take a video of the unboxing and contact our support team within 48 hours. Once verified, we will offer a replacement product, refund or a credit note of the same value.
